The Berber Hammam ritual was born precisely in the hammams of Morocco and is a complete and multi-sensory path, able to effectively combat stress, to incorrect nutrition or increasingly heavy pollution, thanks to a process of natural detoxification.
Immersed in a place where calm and relaxation reign supreme, along with the magic of old-fashioned scents, the body and spirit are renewed and can benefit from the various “ingredients” of this ritual, such as Argan oil, black Aleppo soap and Rassoul clay.
The 1.5-hour course takes place in our fantastic couples spa and is composed as follows.
After a warm shower to acclimatize, one moves to the sauna for 10 to 15 minutes to warm the body and open the pores, beginning the process of eliminating toxins,
This is followed by a cool emotional shower to counteract the rise in temperature, and after a few minutes of relaxation on the comfortable loungers, you move to the hammam, where the ritual of savonage with black soap and Kessa glove (one each that you can also take home) can begin. Individually or with each other, in an enveloping ritual, you slather your entire body, excluding the face, with the soap with the help of the glove, which helps eliminate skin impurities between the scrub effect and the purifying steam of the Turkish bath. This treatment is especially good for skin .
The black soap, rich in vitamin E, removes dead cells and leaves the skin soft, smooth and regenerated, also bringing its powerful antioxidant effect.
After the savonage, a fresh purifying shower is taken to remove all soap from the body, again with the help of the glove. The smoothed and deeply cleansed skin is now ready to welcome the next treatments.
This becomes the time when the couple performs exclusive 20-minute treatments. For the man, a relaxing back and leg massage with pure Argan oil, dubbed “the liquid gold of Morocco,” with an anti-aging as well as moisturizing and nourishing effect.
For women, on the other hand, the pampering continues with a facial treatment of Rassoul clay mixed with rose water, complemented by a relaxing leg massage with Argan oil.
The Rassoul clay applied to the face has the ability to give a lifting effect.
Once the treatments are complete, the couple can have moments of relaxation by enjoying a rehydrating tea or relaxing in the comfortable whirlpool, before leaving the spa and returning, totally rejuvenated, to daily life!
