It is always a good day if you start it with our magnificent breakfast. Enjoy the leisurely holiday pace and savour our sweet and savoury offerings, rigorously homemade. With a 26-metre buffet of homemade cakes, fragrant brioches, miniature pastries, fresh bread, local butter and jams, locally sourced fruits, cold cuts and cheeses, quiches, and yogurt, we can satisfy everyone!

And then there's espresso coffee, hot dishes prepared on the spot by the kitchen, a healthy corner, options for celiacs and vegans, and the classic Sicilian breakfast with granita and "brioche col tuppo"! Upon request, we serve breakfast directly to your room and can prepare any dish you prefer.

Dining at the Ippocampo restaurant means experiencing a unique Sicilian-style meal, like sitting at the table with our family, savouring not only the tastes of our land but also the typical Sicilian conviviality. Our cuisine is a blend of traditional family recipes and modern reinterpretations that enhance the taste without distorting its origin, accompanied by fine wines and served in the elegant atmosphere of the dining room with a covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.

The best catch of the day pairs with simple dishes such as caponata and eggplant parmigiana, IGP, DOP, and zero-kilometre excellences enrich our menu with freshness and genuineness, and our chef's creativity transforms each dish into a work of art.
